About

Anchor Deeper Group exists to help companies, people, teams, and organizations thrive by solving the challenges of today in order to embrace the potential of tomorrow.

Josh Roberts is an attorney, coach, and higher-education administrator.  As an attorney, he represented governmental entities and major corporations in union disputes, Title IX issues, catastrophic tort claims, and a wide variety of business litigation.  As a higher-education administrator, he has led graduate programs and undergraduate programs to new heights of success.  More than that, Josh understands people - including what it takes to break out of comfortable habits in order to grow.

Josh is dedicated to helping clients grow in their wisdom (truth based in real, verifiable facts) and tenderness (relational understanding of the people that they serve and lead).  Effectively managing growth of these key virtues enables clients to discover the ideal solutions for their challenges and to become the standard-bearers that our world needs them to be.  To view some of the leadership tools that Josh has developed and used to help leaders grow, check out some of the free resources located in the Resources tab.
